This year at One Beyond, we have been fairly quiet around Pride other than taking the opportunity to provide resources and education about why Pride is more valid than ever and incredibly important to celebrate.

Workplace support for LGBTQ+ individuals and groups is a year-round endeavour and is viewed as such here at One Beyond. As a Company, we want to ensure that we are practising what we preach. Within this, the Global HR team has used the opportunity to come together and conduct a thorough review of our policies, embedding a continual twice-annual process. We’ll be Globalising as many of them as we can whilst being sensitive to cultural nuances, and have taken the best of each policy to apply widely, going beyond just legal necessities to look at what we can continue to do best. Although this includes more than LGBTQ+ inclusivity, it is a great time to take stock and look at how we support all of our colleagues.
