It is the policy of the company to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 in pursuit of its primary objectives.

The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures.

Delivery of Bespoke Software (Design, Coding and Testing) and the follow-on customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service. The leadership team are responsible for ensuring that the quality objectives, and commitments to satisfy any applicable requirements continually improve the quality management system.

To support the delivery of our services we use Information Technology (IT) to capture our key data. Our management of this data is contained within our Information Security Management System (ISMS) which is ISO27001:2017 compliant.

To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed on a monthly basis, and is subject to annual audit.

The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
