DCSL is delighted to announce that it is now officially an accredited Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. As a CSP, we now have a direct relationship with Microsoft and can fully support DCSL clients in their cloud journey, including consulting, architecting and setting up technical environments, monitoring and maintaining those environments, and handling billing and support on our clients’ behalf. In addition, DCSL can migrate existing web and mobile apps into the Microsoft Azure public cloud, where they had previously resided in an on-premise environment or in another public cloud.

What is the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program?

Launched in 2015, the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program (CSP) was introduced for customers to utilise cloud software through Microsoft’s accredited partner network.

As an accredited partner, the CSP partner programme allows DCSL to directly manage our entire Microsoft Cloud customer lifecycle.

CSP customers will benefit from the following:

  • CSP customers only pay for the services consumed.
  • Customers will receive a single bill from DCSL acting as their CSP partner.
  • There is no fixed contract with CSP services and there is no minimum amount of Azure spend.
  • Customers can increase or decrease demand and licences at any point.
  • High quality and timely support from DCSL’s in-house Azure experts, complemented by full backing from Microsoft behind the scenes.

DCSL is dedicated to not only providing greater agility for clients but also unrivalled support and added value beyond a licensing standpoint.

Why is it important to be a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider?

As a Microsoft Cloud Solution provider, DCSL can manage the end-to-end relationship with our customers. DCSL can harness CSP tools that enable it to directly facilitate, manage and support customers subscriptions.

CSP is a continually expanding program, giving DCSL access to new cloud services, more markets and greater capabilities.

Nick Thompson, Managing Director of DCSL Software comments:

“I am absolutely delighted to announce our new partnership with Microsoft. Already a Gold Partner in Application Development, this partnership complements our services as we have evolved to delivering public cloud-hosted systems, especially using Azure, which fits perfectly around our offering. We hope this leads to further success and growth for DCSL as we move into 2020.”
