DCSL Software Welcomes its 100th Employee

This week, the UK’s leading bespoke software development company is celebrating the hire of its 100th employee.

The Farnborough and London based company has grown from 42 employees to a 100-strong team of tech professionals over the last 2 years. In this time, DCSL has been recognised as the leading bespoke software development company in the UK by Clutch, as well as achieving a number of other prestigious awards, including the UK IT Industry Award for Organisational Excellence. DCSL develops software and apps for funded start-ups and established businesses alike, building efficiency and giving them a competitive advantage in the ever-changing world of technology.

DCSL was recently awarded the Best Companies Award for maintaining excellent levels of employee satisfaction and workplace engagement. Coupled with their excellent Glassdoor ratings, overall company rating and Approval of CEO rating, it’s no surprise that the company has experienced such an amazing level of growth.
