About iMPACT

iMPACT Software was established as a spin-off from leisure management software provider Gladstone, part of the Jonas Software Group. The business was created to help organisations measure the results of corporate and public sector health intervention programmes. Its focus is on giving providers, businesses and healthcare commissioners the evidence they need to assess progress, demonstrate benefits and support applications for continued funding across initiatives such as weight management, smoking cessation and wellbeing support.

The Challenge

Health intervention providers needed to demonstrate that their programmes produced meaningful improvements and that those changes lasted over time. iMPACT wanted to turn Everyone Health’s existing operations system into a commercial evidence-gathering platform suitable for a wider market. The solution needed flexible reporting, questionnaires and workflows to capture baseline measurements and subsequent progress. It also had to prompt timely follow-ups, automate communications and provide controlled access for participants, funders and professionals, while supporting mobile use and protecting sensitive information.

Our Solution

One Beyond expanded the existing system using ASP.NET MVC, C# and SQL Server, creating a browser-based platform adaptable to different screen sizes. We developed a drag-and-drop questionnaire builder with conditional logic, configurable notifications and task creation to support ongoing data collection. Fine-grained permissions controlled access, while dedicated portals enabled participants to monitor progress and professionals to make referrals and track results. We also migrated Everyone Health’s existing data into the new platform, maintaining continuity and supporting deployment either on the adopter’s premises or in a secure data centre.
